Folio Exchange offers two pricing options: transaction-based or a fixed license fee. With either option, Folio Exchange averages about 40 to 55 cents per folio depending on the service plan and features you select. We provide a complete proposal once we understand your specific business needs.

How long does it take to set up?

Depending on your size and business needs, Folio Exchange typically takes two to three weeks to setup. Our proven three step implementation plan consists of understanding your business needs, configuration, testing and go-live training and support. Can Folio Exchange work with my group business?

Absolutely. Folio Exchange automatically rolls up and summarizes group business the way your trading partners want to do business. Reconciliation, dispute resolution and payment processing are all handled with ease with our group billing functionality.

What about personal guest information?

Folio Exchange does not hold/transmit guest credit card numbers, guest addresses, or loyalty program numbers, nor do we transmit incidental charges or any other information not needed for the 3rd party billing reconciliation.

How are payments generally handled?

Folio Exchange is not a party to the movement of cash between trading partners. What Folio Exchange does is automate the passing of the remittance advice from the wholesaler to the hotel, eliminating all the manual steps of cash application for hotels and the printing and mailing of the advice for the wholesaler.

Will it work with my accounting system?

Folio Exchange is designed to work with all Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounting systems and can work with most any PMS system. Folio Exchange is currently interacting with client Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and Microsoft Dynamics installations as well as many proprietary accounting systems. Our integration team is tops in the industry and can deliver a solution for you.

How does it work with my audit needs?

Folio Exchange archives all data records permanently in a secure storage server. This ensures your auditors can access all the data they need, even down to the detailed adjustments notes on individual rooms by guest. Folio Exchange makes your auditors' work easier because they have all the information they need at their fingertips without having to search through reams of paper.
